This week we Breathe

Something about a bunch of flowers that encourages us to breathe deeply! Which is exactly what I hope we can be for you this week! We did some good work last week while covering Grieve which is all the more reason for us to take a moment and breathe deeply.

BREATHE – to take air, oxygen, etc., inhale and exhale; to pause, as for breath; take rest:

Those moments
by January Handl

Those moments
caught off guard
from the focus
on mundane daily
duties
by the stunning
beauty of
a gilt edged
moment :

The silver sea throwing storm-coming
waves onto shore
my breath swells with the brine tang
the mist and wind wetting my face
my ears cold and wishing for warm
the sun flashing in
ribbons and beads
throughout the sighing ocean.
The sky is a fluid masterpiece of impending
mystery and mahem charcoaled across the horizon.
I feel my sorrows shrink at the expanse and power
as peace holds me in her
enormous arms
made of billions of breaths
that brought me to
this moment.

This week your Bliss Initiative is to take that moment to BREATHE. Feel the peace envelop you as you pause and find yourself fully in this moment.

This week we Breathe.

Please begin now.  🙂
