Breathe and breathe and breathe and breathe! A constant in life is change and another constant is breath. If you are alive you are breathing-if you are breathing you are alive.

But what if you could use your breath a few times during your day to send out a prayer?

What if you could you decided each morning that each breath you exhaled sent out a prayer to the world for well being in all areas for all people?

Stranger things have been done. In many meditation practices we are encouraged to use our breath as our focus to stay in the moment and out of our funny and busy minds.

It works. I have used it and continue to use it in meditation, which is why recently, when I heard Matt Khan speak about consciously using our breath as a prayer, it resonated with me.

Can you imagine the implications of that? If you added your prayers for peace, love, abundance and well being for all-what might it change?

So here is a way to do that-may every breath I exhale cause me to be more thoughtful, patient, loving and infused with well being as never before and may all beings benefit and receive all that I ask for.

Or you can change it up to something that fits for you or change it up each day.

What might we change if we did this? Wouldn’t you like to know? (smile)

Every religion has a practice that is used to infuse your calls to Source, your prayers that carry with it your words and your intent and your heart. It doesn’t matter how it is done. You are merely reminding yourself of the infinite possibilities that are available to you and others that you have forgotten about.

We hear the calls for help and assistance. We hear the appreciation for life and we know that each one is answered in some way shape or form. Truly, what you get is what you are willing to receive. What will you allow for yourself and for others.

What are the possibilities that are available for all? There are infinite ones dear ones and they are only limited by what you believe and think is possible. But if you can soften your stance, soften your mind with a “prayer” that states what is possible in the broadest and grandest way then magic can unfold. If you limit the possibilities by getting specific in the ways that answers should appear-then you are limited in the ways in which the answers can come to you.

It truly is very simple. Expect for things to resolve for you and everyone in ways that are good for all. Expect that you do not know what else is at play that may not be in your best interests. Expect that you can receive anything that you believe is possible and so can everyone else. There is a tipping point that is being reached-almost there-that will cause your prayers and your beings desires for more love, abundance, well being for all to begin to be revealed to you.

The answers will come and some of you may not recognize them as possible soulutions and some will. Do not ridicule those that do. Give them the benefit of the doubt. If you can be relaxed and at ease with different ways of being and different ideas you just might find that there are possible answers that are there for you and your planet.

Breathe your way out of your limitations and follow your breath into the spaces that offer something more-something new-something perhaps tried and true-all of this can be accessed by a softness in your being to acknowledge that there is more at play than you realize. And if you sit quietly with your breath you might just find the space that allows you to find what you are looking for.

You might just remember that each breath can be a prayer, as can each step you take as can, as each bite you take can and they are all only ways in. But your breath dear one is right there-right there!
