“New Beginning” from the She Said Collection by Tiffany Seiler

“The chief beauty about time
is that you cannot waste it in advance.
The next year, the next day, the next hour are lying ready for you,
as perfect, as unspoiled,
as if you had never wasted or misapplied
a single moment in all your life.
You can turn over a new leaf every hour
if you choose.” Arnold Bennett

I found the above quote and thought it was so very appropriate for this week!
How many times have you thought that this-whatever this was- is your life and nothing could change, only to eventually find your way into a new beginning?

I am in complete amazement at how a life can begin again in a totally new direction!
It has happened to me and I have seen it happen to others.

Yes, there are differences in how this occurs. Sometimes it thrust upon us and sometimes we choose it.

In times past when I had it thrust upon me (at least that is how it felt!) I would find myself in a tailspin. I would worry and fuss about that person, who was often me, that created that situation. I might even be angry with someone too-sometimes me! God forbid I felt anger. I was a good girl and good girls didn’t get angry.

What a load of crock that is! There is something to be said for “righteous anger”.
Dr. Christianne Northrup writes about righteous anger. Sometimes anger is an appropriate response. It lets people know where your line in the sand in drawn.

I was never taught that it was okay to be angry and I was never shown the ways in which to consciously express my anger. As a consequence I didn’t do anger.

In the past few years I have finally figured out that it is okay to be anger and that I don’t have unconsciously express it to anyone that happens to be in my way.

Now you might be wondering about consciously expressing anger and unconsciously expressing anger.

This might help somewhat. Consciously expressing anger may have an individual having a conversation with his boss. Unconsciously expressing anger may have an individual kicking the family dog because they didn’t have a conversation with the boss.

So, you might be wondering what all of this has to do with the theme this week!
I admit to be a little surprised at the direction that it has taken but I made a choice continue with it, rather than begin again. (smile)

The Group must be teasing me into something kind of cool!

I have discovered through my delving into Access Consciousness and using their tools that I have choice. I have discovered that if I resist and react that I solidify a reality and if I align and agree I also solidify a reality. Now, you might be wondering what it else is there?

The “what else” is a choice. I can choose a conscious response and create something entirely different.

Am I always good at this? No I am not!

But I am getting better and as a consequence my life has far more ease and joy in it.
Joy is a good thing. Ease is a good thing.

The best thing is that I don’t have to wait for a new hour to unfold to do this. I can do it minute by minute, if I want to! I have to tell you that there is a whole lot of freedom in that!

I am not defined by what is past and my future will be formed by my next choice.

So, back to the anger thing.

Anger is a choice. Angry is a feeling and often that feeling is an unconscious response to a button being pushed.

It all boils down to choice and you begin today to choose for yourself. Righteous anger has a message for you and from that place you can choose what to be next.

Linda thinks that she going around in circles with this. She isn’t.

Choice is your most powerful gift that you have on planet earth. It doesn’t discriminate nor does it ask that you fall into line with other people’s choices. You might want to be very careful about thinking that is the easy way to go. It isn’t.

If perchance your choices happen to align with another, then go ahead and co-create from that until it doesn’t align anymore. You are not locked into your choices-ever. It like all things on planet earth is constantly morphing, if you let it.

But if you get stuck in one choice as being the only choice then there is nowhere else for you to go. But, if you allow yourself to fully utilize the gift of choice you will discover that there are so very many ways in which to choose.

You are the only one who can decide what is best for you. If the choice feels expansive and joyous then you just might have a clue! If a choice feels contracted then we would advise you to hold off for a bit until you find your way into something that is more suited to the being that is you.

All of you are unique in your own way. None of you are exactly the same. That would be boring!

It is in your uniqueness and your ability to be in a space that is not locked down and in, you will find the next new beginning, the next choice that will create more ease and joy for you. Just for you!

But if in that choice you find others who want to play-let them play but don’t let them define your reality or what your next choice is. This is creating at its best!

Everyone gets to have fun-if they choose. Everyone gets to be who they be.

And dear ones, at the heart of it all, you are all magnificent beings who are not limited in the ways that so many of you think that you are.

Your choice is to remember that.

What will you choose next? What will you begin next?
