Step into the Sunshine

It takes a lot of moxie to get up each day and start again when your life isn’t going so well. I am in awe of people who do that. They put one foot in front of the other and do what needs to be done despite their private anguish or physical ailments.

They may have days, weeks or months where they linger in their beds, cave in their homes and or soothe themselves in ways that we judge but still they keep on keeping on.

My work with clients has shown me a world that I have only a nodding acquaintance with. I am not challenged with anything major in my life at this time. It has been a long while.

How is it that some of us can overcome our challenges and others cannot?

What makes some of us linger in stories of things gone wrong even when that thing is old news?

My clients have shown me that it is about the story and their inability to step into something new for any extended period of time. They surely try or they wouldn’t be seeing me. They want to be able to step into the sunshine. I want to help them find their way, but it doesn’t always happen.

I can only bear witness, observe where they are and see the possibilities that exist for them and encourage them forward. I can run BARS (Access Consciousness) for them but they have to be willing to receive the possibilities.

Sometimes they can and sometimes they can’t. When they can I rejoice in their liberation and when they cannot I often don’t even see them again.

I find myself wondering if they found another way into something more for themselves. I hope that they have.

What most people don’t understand is that when I have another in my care, whether it be for a reading or a BARS session, I am in love with them. I can’t help it. I get to see who they are under all their stuff!

No, I don’t see all the details of their stuff but I do see who they be-the loveliness of their being. We all have it. My self appointed task, when they are with me, is to reflect that back to them in a way that they can receive. I am not always successful. I can feel the resistance to change. I can feel their unbelieving but I can also feel their hope.

They want to know that loveliness for themselves. Don’t we all?

Dear ones, many times there is a way into someone’s being that only you can access and only you can give them that one piece that will tip the scales of forgetfulness into remembering. Each of you does that in your own special and unique way. You many never get to know if that one touch or that one piece of acknowledgement or that one piece of information is that tipping point.

It can be. It can be.

So we would offer this to you. Do not hold yourself back from being who you be and extending the essence of that out into your world. You could be the one who tips someone back into themselves-back into who they be-magnificent beings of light and love!

If you feel an internal urge to compliment someone then compliment them. If you feel an internal urge to offer assistance then offer it. But-and we heard Linda wondering this-if your urge comes from a place of judgment, of needing to be right, of wanting to do good then we might offer this to you-don’t do it.

The best gift is one given with no strings attached. The best compliment does not require one back. The best assistance is offered to assist and not to do as you think it needs to be done.

If you cannot assist, gift or compliment from a place of non-attachment and by that we mean not being attached to an outcome and not needing someone to tell you that you are so very good and kind –then don’t do it.

There is enough, more than enough judgment in your world to sink a ten thousand ships and more but there is not enough allowance to lift your planet up into more kindness and more allowing, that will change everything-not yet-not yet but sooner than you would imagine.

It is happening. We see the progress you make and as more of your young ones step more fully into adulthood you will see more and more of it.

You can help by simply being who you be. Set aside your judgments-against yourself and against others. Allow for all that may arise and don’t get caught up in any webs of things gone wrong.

When you get sucked into those stories you don’t do anyone any good, including yourself.

What if your story is one of finding joy and being in joy? What if by doing and being that you are the cause for someone to tip into that and what if they finally get how wonderful they are?

Pretty heady stuff-so delicious to see and feel. That can be your story as time goes by and you will be one who people come to, asking what is it that you do that makes it look all so good?

You can tell them your story and you can be who you be and you will soon see that is more than enough for everyone!

With love and deep gratitude for each and every one of you, dear ones-always!
