Welcome and thank you for joining us here at Bliss Habits!

I am very excited about this Bliss Habits Season. First of all, you will notice that this time out we are front loading the week with posts that will not just “talk about” the topics but will give some real world ideas for bringing the Habits into your life.

We also have a cadre of new contributors with a whole host of new perspectives! I think you’ll be entertained, encouraged and moved to make Bliss your new Habit!

Weekly Schedule

On Monday Mornings I will continue to kick things off with some inspiration. January Handl will share a poem and Tamara Magnitsky will offer a thought provoking image to start us off. I will provide some commentary and offer at least one tip or idea which I call a “Bliss Initiative” that you can take into your life to encourage some everyday bliss.

For Monday Afternoons, we have newcomer Christy Sensharma of with us. Christy will be guiding us through a Labyrinth of Self Discovery and encouraging us to invite the the weekly habits into our lives.

Our regular Tuesday’s with Chel contributor, Chel Micheline is back with us this time around with an “Experiential” approach to things. She won’t just be talking about the habits, she will be giving you concrete ways to experience the habits in your daily life.

On Wednesdays we have “A Father’s walk down Blissful Lane” with the  amazing Neil Rubenstein who will be sharing his perspective on the habits as the father of two boys, surviving with CDH (Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia, a life-threatening fetal abnormality. Follow more of Neil’s journey on the Facebook Page Help4CDH Families which he manages.)

(Living Bliss with Lorraine of Follow Your Light will be on Hiatus this session but look for her return in the fall!)

On Thursdays it is “Full Throttle Happiness” with Autumn Tompkins of Inkwell Copy. Autumn, who happens to be disabled; confined to a wheelchair Muscular Dystrophy style, will delight and inspire you with her irreverent and sassy style.

On Fridays Linda Adsetts of Go For the Joy is with us, sharing her personal insights as well as channelled guidance and inspiration from a gathering of souls she calls The Group.

Saturdays I host my weekend blog Party in which I share other people’s topical posts and invite you to share yours too. This feature is called “Speaking of…” and I do hope you’ll stop by to share with us!

Sundays are unscheduled but may be used when I have just one more thing to say!
