Trust in the Love that Bubbles Up in You

Love is a four letter word. The word love is used so frequently in relationship to so many things. I love that movie! I love that book! I love this chocolate! I LOVE you!

But what are we really saying when we use that word? Do we realize what we are saying? Or are we simply letting it slide out of our mouth, as the thing to say in the moment?

Could it be, we are really saying that we appreciate the moment? Are we saying we love something or someone in that moment because it has gifted something to us and we are more because of it?

I am an energy healer and an intuitive, among other things. I came to realize that when I am with a person, during a session that I am in love with them in that moment. In the state of grace that I find myself, within the energies that surround the sessions, I am able to fully receive who they are.

I have found myself in awe of the moment and of the person. We are all magnificent beings of light and love, as The Group reminds us. I get to fully experience that when I am in a session with client. There are no shields up and no judgments. I am simply in the moment, embraced in the divine energies that enfold us.

I have found myself hugging someone I barely know and saying I love you. What I am really saying is that I love you in this moment. I love who you are in this moment and I love who I am with you in this moment.

Perhaps that is what we all struggle to achieve. We want to be seen and heard fully. We want to be received as the magnificent being of light and love that in our heart of hearts, we know we are. Often, that knowing, is hidden under all of our fears and our expectations. What if we took our expectations out of the equation? What if we simply allowed ourselves to gift and receive in the moment, moment by moment, day by day, week by week?

If we could find it in ourselves to love ourselves and another like we would love a baby or a puppy or a kitten, then we might find that our world would begin to change. We have no expectations of babies of any species. We don’t heap judgment on them about who they are and what they look like. We simply and utterly find ourselves enfolded in their divine energy, newly birthed, and our only response is a big awwww….aren’t you adorable, aren’t you just perfect?

We all have that within us. We are perfect and it is our world that has turned us against ourselves. What if all the judgments you have against yourself and others were lies? Each of us is perfect in our own and unique way. Each of us is born holding a divine gift within us, waiting to make it debut.

You have something within you, many somethings that want to be received. Would you deny your gift to our planet? You could be the one who turns flips the switch, heaven birthed on earth. You could be the hundredth monkey. Why do we deny ourselves when love is the only answer to any question?

The Group of course agrees. They have been with me as I write this.

You dear ones are all about love. It is who you are, PERIOD, no ands, ifs or buts. You are far too hard on yourself and as a consequence, far too hard on everyone around you because of it. When you find it within yourself to love yourself, fully as we do, then your reality will change. Nothing anyone says or does will impact you ever again. You will simply look through the lens of love and find yourself in no judgment of anything.

We know that is a hard concept to wrap your head around, but we tell you, that none of you is any less loved or more loved, than another by us. That is because we see who you are, no ands, ifs or buts. Each of you chose planet earth for your playground and that playground is growing increasingly more interesting. You are on the verge of something wonderful, something never seen before and we are in joy with the observations.

There is far more light on your planet than you know. Each of you reading this is awakening to who you are and as your flame gets brighter it ignites another and another and another and another and another (laughter) We could go on and on. That is what is up on planet earth. Your planet is supported by energies that encourage this tidal wave of love. There is nothing that will stop it. It may be slowed somewhat, here and there as fear muddies up the waters, but it will not be stopped.

We ask you to trust in the love that bubbles up in you and let it find its’ expression in your life. We ask you to allow the love that is gifted to you, in its entirety. Do not play small. It serves no one anymore to play small, least of all you. You are the gift. You are what is needed, each of you in your full expression. You were born of love. You chose your planet over many other places you could have been. Perhaps there was a very good reason for your choice? Perhaps you were meant to be where you are, in this moment of time to gift the world with your presents? Perhaps you all were?

Take a look around you and understand that you are all there by choice and you are all presents for each other, your planet and the universes. You are the love.

Now go out and play and of course……
