The Ever Evolving Question

Living Bliss - Over The Rainbow

I’m positive when brains, personality and the like were doled out, I snuck back round into the curiosity line at least twice.  (Unfortunately by the time I arrived at the lines for “All Things Poetry” and “Special Spatial Relation Abilities”, I was greeted with “Out To Lunch” signs.)

The best question I can imagine is one begetting another.

How else do you make the unknown known at the same time knowing there is so much more to know?

Granted not everyone stood in line for an extra dose of curiosity, an inquiring mind is integrally woven into being human – or a cat.

We are explorers at heart, shaping our own expansion and evolution to a large extent.

Curiosity is a powerful force not to be applied lightly.

What’s that? How could? What if? Where to? Why not?

Such questions propel us from where we are now towards what beckons just beyond and a little further after that.

But not all queries are created equal and by their asking produce dramatically different results. Consider the direction these questions lead and the energy infused into them:

How do I make six figures?

vs how much is my enough?

Why can’t I find customers?

vs how do I serve more people?

What new cracker will be a hit?

vs what can we do to feed those who are hungry?

How small can we make a smartphone?

vs how do we connect more people?

Why me?

vs what will I do with this situation?

I truly believe there are times questions go nowhere on purpose. They create opportunities to ask a different ones. Better ones.

The key is not spinning in circles waiting for the answer that won’t come.

Stepping back to find clarity of purpose and intent can fling open doors never imagined.

Necessity may be the mother of invention, but inquiry is the matriarch of growth.

Living Bliss is a jump-in-with-both-feet look at where Life bumps into the everyday – whether at work, play or times in between. Bliss knows no separation in the end. From a deeper dive into the ordinary pops forward the extraordinary life we search for – and has been there waiting for us to be.
