Welcome to the Saturday Blog Party! This week’s topic is Whimsy. This means we are looking for everything and anything on the topic! Tips, tools, Points of View,Your process, your crafty art projects, literally Everything and Anything on the topic are all welcome.

I’m going to start things off by directing you to three posts I think speak beautifully on the topic.

• Whimsical Wednesday by dt. haase. I gave you the scoop on this gem of a find on Wednesday but if you somehow missed it, this is your reminder! Dan is  a one man Whimsy Wonder… and don’t get me started on his Wonder Project! The man just oozes delight. Subscribe to his Whimsy Watch if you want to feel the Whimsy everyday!

• What the Cool. I linked to the post that caught my attention (Thank you to Efsun for sharing) — in it children’s drawings are made realistic. Awesome and Whimsical. While I was there I perused the site. I think it is a definite up and coming place… they find a lot of Cool and Whimsical stuff. Stop By.

• Esther Toni by Esther Toni! A frequent contributor to Whimsy Wednesday, I also ran into Esther while doing some of my own whimsical research. She has a second blog called Birdies which features all sorts of whimsical bird illustrations. She pairs up with friend Anna to do Drawn to Minerva and everything she touches has a delightful whimsical air! Take a peek at any/all of her sites and you will see what I mean.
