Kathy, Great post! A funny and interesting topic. There is an old saying that when you are speaking in public you should imagine everyone n the audience is naked so that you lose your fear of them. I tried this and it was working pretty well until a friend of mine said, what if all the people listening to you are imagining YOU naked? Needless to say I had to find another way to be comfortable with public speaking 😉

I just happen to have written an article called Accept Me Naked, http://www.drericagoodstone.com/articles/accept-me-naked/ The post was inspired by a guy who came up to my booth at the Singles Lifestyle Expo in May 2013. Today I spoke at the recent Singles Lifestyle Expo and again had some deep and powerful conversations – but nothing about being naked.
