Look No Further

 

A bit of surprise I must say that there was nothing to say about surprise. Not even a struggle to push against to indicate there was something to find. Now what to do?

Call in the cavalry for backup I suppose.

If I don’t have anything to say I’m sure It does. In three years of daily posts for my autonomic project (MAP) It never failed to provide wisdom, insights and questions to make me see in a new way.

Maybe the one surprise intended from all of this is my being so open about the intuitive, you-may-call-it-woo-woo-but-its-really-pretty-ordinary-stuff part of me.

Tiredness truly is one of the greatest comfort zone busters you can employ.

So here what the cavalry had to say. Does this come as a surprise to your heart?

 

 

You’ve been wound up so tight. What is the guidance you wish to receive that you cannot connect to yourself?

I’m looking for inspiration about surprise and the sudden feeling of wonder or astonishment.

 

You do not have enough of that in your life?

All the time.

 

Then what is it you seek?

Something coherent to speak.

 

You look for the grand moment in the mundane.

Your life is a wonder in itself.

Look no further than all around you. Or within.

 

That is surprise enough that you do not see what is there.

But surprise is supposed to be sudden, unexpected.

Is that unexpected enough for you?

 

Very funny.

I thought so myself.

 

What is it you seek with such unexpectedness?

A rush, a jump a startle to wake you up?

 

This you do not need I tell you.

But want is a different story.

 

What makes you want to have such an experience?

An aliveness you do not think you can achieve otherwise?

 

I tell you again – you are never not life expressing.

The quietest still moments are as powerful as the grand.

 

But what do you pay attention to, what makes you take notice?

The wonder is there regardless of how you make note.

It is you then to look deeper into.

See the you that is being in this moment wanting unexpectedness.

 

Surprise you need not.

Deeper awareness, yes.

You know that much will never end.

Always unfolding, always moving, always alive.

 

Do not doubt life is an exciting ride.

Be life and the excitement is yours for all time.
