I can’t help but feel gratitude when I take a moment and really notice the world and my life. The key is to take the time to notice and sift through the events of my day to find the gold that always is there. Of course, some days take a whole lot of sifting and sorting and those are the days that demand of me, to become still and be with my breath. Those are the days a meditative practice, of some kind is paramount.

Meditation opens up space for me, so that I can be more presents with the presents in my life. There are so many of them that I take for granted and I know that I am not unique in this regard.

I am in gratitude for my husband who works hard, is supportive, loving and willing to explore life with me.

I am in gratitude for my two sons who are thoughtful, kind, loving and not afraid to explore life.

I am in gratitude for my furry friend who found his way to us, apparently in order to make us laugh!

I am in gratitude for my home and my country and all that encompasses.

I am in gratitude for The Group and their love and support.

I know that gratitude is an extension of love or perhaps it is the other way around. Maybe love unfolds from gratitude. You cannot be in gratitude and not love someone. The more that I take the time to appreciate my husband the more loving I feel towards him.

And so perhaps gratitude could be the new love?

The Group tells me that they go hand in hand, always. There is no separation between the two. If someone professes to love you and then points out everything that is wrong with you-that is not love.

If you profess to love something and there are buts in there. That is not love. But when you decide to appreciate something or someone, noticing the nuances that are inherent in everyone and everything, that make your world so very unique and wonderful, that is love.

We tell you that we love you and we are in huge gratitude for your beings. Each time that you are in gratitude for each other and your planet there is shift that occurs that adds to the whole-you are birthing heaven upon earth by recognizing that it has always been there all along-waiting to be appreciated.

Dear ones, when you are in gratitude for each other, every being human, every being-furry, feathered or otherwise, including the earth, the plants, the rocks, the water-oh the water, don’t get us started on your glorious water.

When you are in gratitude for all of it-every bit of it, everyone and everything will flourish. No harm will be done. Soulutions will abound to every problem that has been created because you forgot who you were….

MAGNIFICENT BEINGS OF LIGHT AND LOVE-PERIOD-NO ANDS, IFS OR BUTS….EACH AND EVERYONE OF YOU.

You have the power to see that. You have the power to show that. You have the power to be that. You have the power to remind others. You dear ones, have the power!

So, you powerful beings, you joy bugs, you love vessels……
