When you consider that word where does your heart go? Do you get that sinking feeling that something is going to be lost, perahps washed away like Tamara’s sandcastle above? Or are your thoughts those of excitement, that “I just can’t wait” sort of anticipation?

Here is January’s take:
Yes! What always is!. Change is always with us. Even the things that appear to stay the same are slowly slipping toward something new. This week our Bliss Initiative is to notice the change all around us. Let’s notice our feelings about change. Take time to honor what has been and welcome what comes next.
Change is coming, how are you going to greet it?
