Stepping Into More

Living Bliss ~ Frost Field

Service has been one of those recurring themes over the past year or more that just won’t go away.

Usually when something like this keeps showing up, I know change is afoot. Some new expansion of awareness is just around the corner.

Apparently I’m nowhere near done exploring to reach where I’m supposed to be.

I was thinking earlier today how odd that we even have to bring mindfulness to being helpful.

A couple thousand years or more, and a variation of The Golden Rule across nearly all religions – we still haven’t come to grips with the notion we are intra-connected, even though our lives have, and will continue to depend upon it.

Life cannot be separated.

Our lives are not our own, no matter how hard we try to fool ourselves into believing otherwise.

And we are much more than we believe ourselves capable.

More Than CapableYes, there are limits as to how far we can be stretched, and those should be honoured.

But how often do we allow ourselves to test those waters rather than looking first to find reasons as to why not.

Comfort zones and complacency left unnoticed do far more harm than any of us are willing to admit.

What could be a grand expression of our true nature has turned into a way of holding back, hiding and staying small.

Perhaps we fear who we will become when we let ourselves fully out, because there will be no going back.

We’ve stretched.

We have room for more.

There is no slimming down to fit into who we were before.

Think not of how you can help; you may wait along time.

Consider instead where you are being nudged, size need not matter.

Say Yes!

Then see where Life is leading you.

Living Bliss is a jump-in-with-both-feet look at where Life bumps into the everyday – whether at work, play or times in between. Bliss knows no separation in the end. From a deeper dive into the ordinary pops forward the extraordinary life we search for – and has been there waiting for us to be.
